The Promo code will be valid for your first Payment Cycle. If you choose yearly it will be valid for the first year and if you choose monthly, you will get 50% off for the first month only.
If you choose not to subscribe, your account will automatically be transitioned to the Free Forever Plan.
What Happens When You Are Downgraded to the Free Forever Plan?
When your account transitions to the Free Forever plan, rest assured that your customer data remains intact and unaltered. This plan still includes unlimited access to Products, Customers, and Tickets, ensuring a seamless experience for your customers.
Here’s what happens with a downgrade to the Free Forever Plan:
User Account Limitations: Should your account exceed one user, all additional users, except for the main Admin, will be set to inactive. They won’t be able to log in, but they’ll still appear in your user list.
Product Research Restrictions: Any ongoing research projects with more than 3 products or more than 1 research will be deactivated and will no longer continue tracking.
Limited Access to Premium Features: Features like the Announcement Banner, Quick Responses, and Custom Fields will become unavailable. However, we’ll retain your data, ensuring that if you choose to reactivate your account, you’ll regain access to this information.
Basic Revenue Analytics: While the advanced revenue analytics feature will be inaccessible, you’ll still have access to basic revenue analytics to keep track of your earnings.
Keyword Research Limitations: Full keyword research access will be restricted. You’ll be able to view the rankings for your top 5 keywords, providing a snapshot of your market visibility.
